    • By subscribing to or using any of our services, you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the terms, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services. If you do not want to be bound by the terms, you must not subscribe to or use our services.
    • All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
    • Importwala.com reserves the right to change / modify these terms & conditions at their own discretion anytime.
    • Importwala.com reserves the right to change any part or piece of information on the web site without any notice to customers or visitors.
    • Your IP is logged when placing an order. This is for reasons of fraud protection. Fraudulent orders will be given to the appropriate authorities.
    • Risk of loss and damage of products is assumed by you from the moment the product(s) are delivered.
    • We only store necessary information required to make a purchase.
    • Your credit card information is NOT stored by us and is always processed across a secure server.

    • In no event importwala.com shall be liable for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Website or the products or for the delay or inability to use the Website, or for any information, products, and services obtained through the Website, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Website, whether based on contract or strict liability or any other law or equity or otherwise.

    Privacy Policy

    • We view protection of your privacy as a very important community principle.
    • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected is not sold or leased to others and is used solely for execution of order.
    • At the time of registration we take details as Name, Address, Telephone number and Email ID used for order processing.
    • We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy .

    Refund Policy

    • We at Importwala.com have no refund policy but merchandise could be replaced as per our Return policy which is given below.

    Return Policy

    • The unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us has a Manufacturing defect, you may send the same for an exchange, by intimating us within 2 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. We will try and replace the same product. In case, we do not have replacement in stock we shall advise the customer tentatively by when we will be able to replace the merchandise. Subject to his agreeing to the tentative dates.
    • In a case where a customer does not agree upon the tentative delivery dates, he may opt for an option of this amount being credited to his/her account.
    • Any refund against a return request made to Importwala.com customer support, and shipped by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, and shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition and original packing, along with the original sales invoice.
    • After the merchandise is received by Importwala.com, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund/exchange within 15 working days of receipt of the merchandise. The customer should inspect before accepting delivery of any merchandise, and please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with.
    • Inspect your order and do not accept it if box is physically damaged. Contact Customer Support and inform them of the damage immediately.
    • Once the item has been received, ownership of the goods is transferred to you and from this point the item is your responsibility.
    • It is therefore your responsibility, in the event of a need to exchange.
    • Please ensure the item is returned to us in a safe manner and is packaged correctly to avoid damage. And in case if there’s only one inner box out of the lot which is damaged please return that one box only instead of returning the whole master carton.
    • Courier cost from this point will be customers responsibility Product should be Delivered within 10 working days through our logistical partner.
    • Octroi if any, applicable will be borne by the buyer.

    Shipping Policy

    • Importwala.com will not be retaining any details of credit/debit card used for the transaction.
    • The user will be automatically redirected to the secure website for final payments.
    • We have an exclusive tie-up with our logistical partners Blue dart and others for all deliveries.
    • All deliveries will happen within 10 working days & Octroi / State taxes if applicable will be borne by the customer.
    • Products ordered for delivery on COD basis are shipped only upon verification of mobile number of the recipient, confirmation of the delivery address and availability of the recipient to receive  the goods.
    • We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However in following and some other  cases we will require extended shipment and/or delivery time:
    • Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
    • Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be specially ordered.
    • Items that transit thru states requiring special entry permits or Octroi such as in West Bengal, Maharashtra, Kerala etc. Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your situation.
    • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays

    • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
